Event ideas with motocross: from birthdays to staff events

An event on the motocross track turns an ordinary occasion into something special: a birthday with friends becomes an event, a staff event becomes a day that stays with you for a long time. The MX-Academy provides the bikes, protective gear and tracks; an experienced team of motocross pros accompanies you through the day.

For fixed groups there are dedicated offers: corporate events for employees and customers, team building events for friends and colleagues, and the company outing for the entire workforce. Which format suits you best depends on who is coming along, how big the group is and what you want to celebrate. The team is happy to help you choose.

Events with motocross for newcomers

Roughly seven out of ten event guests sit on a motocross bike for the very first time that day. That's no problem: in a theoretical introduction, the team goes through all the basics in a relaxed atmosphere, and then it's outside to put what you have learned straight into practice. The pros always stay close by and help out with tips and tricks.

Different levels of difficulty are offered, and the tracks are matched to the participants' ability. Of the facility's 4 tracks, one is reserved specifically for children and beginners – that is where newcomers ride their first laps. Towards the end of the day, everyone usually rides the big circuit too, using their new basic technique.

Events with motocross for children and women

To make the day a success for everyone, there are special bikes for children: on an automatic motorcycle, even the youngest venture onto the course without help and amaze their parents. Children ride along from age 4 – find out more under kids motocross. Women of small stature also find smaller motorcycles and clothing that fits, making it easy to get into the sport.

The MX-Academy's Honda off-road motorcycles are current models and are serviced regularly, because the safety of the riders comes first. Thanks to the support of Honda Switzerland, new motorcycles are put into service every year: children start on the CRF50, teenagers and adults move up to the CRF250. The complete protective gear is available on site from kids' sizes to XXL.

More events and getting here from Germany

Besides motocross, the MX-Academy also organises events for lean angle training and motorcycle safety training, as well as courses all about the dirt bike and for anyone who wants to learn to ride a motorcycle. Perhaps someone at your event will even discover a new hobby and later sign up for a course of their own. Anyone who wants to carry on alone simply picks a free course day on a Wednesday or Saturday in the motocross events calendar.

From Singen, the drive to Schlatt TG takes about 30 min, from Konstanz about 45 min, from Stuttgart about 2 hrs and from Nuremberg about 4 hrs; from Bregenz it is about 1 hr 35 min, each measured without traffic.
